I think also for me it's all tinged with a bit of dread/sadness at how things have become so...complicated. The first time around, we were coming off the high of their bond from N5, and had no conflicting emotions apart from elation.

This time around...after everything, it's just a little...sad. That said, when I see them together again for the first time, I know that will go a long way to bringing that happiness back again.

So apparently BP 2.0 contract had already been signed as per social media. Not sure if that’s true but I’m thinking most likely given the way they ended the first MV.

That is one thing though Huma, them doing other projects. But I just feel like The Incident kinda slimmed chances down otherwise too. Maybe it didn't and they have discussed and sorted it among themselves about how it doesnt really impact them and its just the fans. Yet, I just feel like they'd be apprehensive now about working together. Not just Sharad... even Surbhi. There, I have said it.

Rupesh and Pooja from VYRL are silent. Not a peep from them. Pooja is still basking in the success of baarish ban jaana so I think the promotions for this will be OTT.

Much more than with the show, which we knew was coming anyway, it was with that other MV that I was like "oh, you're trying to show you've moved on", and that was a pinch, after everything. Then people were speculating that she's doing another MV too, with someone else, and THAT pinched too...even though logically OF COURSE they will work with other people, they're not joined at the hip 😆 but try telling a fan that 🤔🤣

And now I'm like, IDEK how to react 🤪🤣

I agree. If I was surbhi and maybe it’s the person I am and not her. I would be very conscious about how I handle myself around this person and the BTS or photos I share given what is out in social media and what has been said. Even if it’s sorted it’s so awkward. Eurgh. Thanks to the poster. Great job 👏🏼

I am holding on to that with a lot of hope that that first BTS will give me some calm and good vibes.

LOL try telling us pankhas that 🤣 I am very confused alternating between happiness and sadness nows. Like knowing when soemthing good is coming to an end and hoping that it doesn’t end.

I've thought the same. I was convinced they were planning something else when the BP IVs hit...maybe that was always going to be part two, and they were playing coy about whether it would happen. Then both Covid and the Incident had me convinced they backed off/changed those plans. Particularly the latter, I thought that even if it didn't change their personal dynamics, they might be more apprehensive about coming together again professionally.

@Huma - IDK if social media is true or not re: the contract being signed a while ago...though I suspect it probably was...but I hope despite that it's not just a "contract" thing. If they wanted to I guess they could have found a way out of the contract, right? I just think it would make the whole thing feel so much worse if it was obvious this only about the contract.

Arshi it would be as you said earlier be heart breaking if it was just a contract thing and with these two it would be very obvious especially to us. We have seen their organic interactions and to not to see that. I would rather not have any BTS. Just the MV.

Exactly Huma! Exactly! It was only that the fans did it... but his wife acknowledged it too. Its just now there in your head whenever interacting with that person. Takes the genuineness out of it. But maybe Surbhi can take it is her stride and would not consider it that way. *fingers crossed*

On Sharad's other MV, feel its an out and out filmy kind of one with dancing and singing. Think DD's MV with Smriti Kalra. Sorry for that comparison 😆.
