A/N- Although it seems twisted, I just felt like to continue it..
Chapter 9
"Beta tu yeh sab kya bol rahi hai?"
Dadi caressed her hairs, trying to calm down a sobbing Riddhima, who woke her up early, in the dawn to tell that.
"M-maine suna ha-hai Chachi" the words were interrupted by hiccups. "Chachu- chahu ne-"
"Is she mad?! Now this girl, is blaming Chachu for everything?! I tell you, she is such a gold digger!" A furious Ishani appeared, after eavesdropping their conversation.
"You sit, main paani laati hoon.." Dadi left, noticing that her hiccups were increasing. Taking this as a chance, Ishani left no stones un-turned to humiliate her. From starting from her her parents' death to her staying in this mansion.
Presently, Riddhima was remembering everything, in the dawn. Although her eyes were on the hot cup of coffee, her mind was somewhere else.
She doesn't even want to remember all the way Ishani humiliated her. All she knows is that her mind wasn't working properly. She ran out of the mansion, and kept on running, and running, and running until she ended up in some unknown place. The next thing she knew was she fell somewhere, hitting her forehead. When she woke up in a hospital, she was greeted by a sweet and lovely couple. Yup, those were Sameer's parents. Sam isn't just a colleague, or a close friend, he is the best. They grew up together, studying in the same field. A smile crept on her lips knowing that today, they work in the same hospital. But, it wasn't long lasting. Days passed, and today was the day she hates. The day that left a scar on her soul, twice.
What hurts the most is that they never heard from the Raisinghanias again. They never tried to search for her. Her heart always panged wondering if Vansh was fine..Well, staying here for a few days now , he definitely isn't fine..
Sighing, she sipped the coffee, feeling the cool morning breeze. It's gonna be a tough day today..

A faint chuckle escaped her lips seeing Rudr Raisinghania fold his hands in front of the God, praying for their soul's peace. Wow~
It was a bit surprising seeing that they still keep Pujas' every year, not only for Vansh's father, but also her parents'.
Vansh was nowhere to be seen since morning. She rarely interacted with the family, so didn't ask about his whereabouts.

"Siya? Where is your attention?"
Riddhima asked, seeing Siya distracted in their sessions.
"I- I am sorry Dr. Sharma."
"Is everything fine?'
she took a deep breathe. "Was thinking about Vansh bhai.. He locks himself in a room on this day. This day is like a curse for us."
Siya's eyes watered as she unknowingly started talking.
"Three of the most important ones of our lives died. His best friend suddenly disappeared. We tried to find but couldn't. Chachu even filed a case, but even police failed. They came up with many heartbreaking conclusions. Along with all these, bhai changed.. He rarely smiles anymore."
"Disappeared?" Riddhima scrunched her brows.
"Plot twist, huh?" her mind screamed.
