I was thinking we could make an email template of sorts and send it to Sony's official email. Anyone of you or anyone else (couldn't tag more than 5 people) would like to volunteer to write something sensible and professional-looking so everyone could use that? I can share it with the Twitter peeps too then. Main nahi likh sakti because mere muh se legit gaaliyan nikalti hain in these cases 😳
