I forgot how many stages of acceptance there are. Lol but Ts are spinning their wheels between denial and anger right now. I think bargaining is one of the stages too 🤔😂….shaayad isliye kal Didi se bargaining ki. Iske aage I guess at some point pleading hoga and end mein jaake haar maanke acceptance 🤷‍♀️

First up, Apu called her and forgave her so called sin of being in love with another man and then she goes off on Imlie..Did not buy the tale of Imlie being her choti behen.. the entire scene fell flat to me.. was expecting a more nunaced reactions from the elder T's who just looke stoic,not too shocked by the revelation. Dunno if it was deliberate move by the writers.. but the scene did not cut it for me.. and Dd ka makeup was OTT.. so that was a distraction too. 😆

Did she not plead with Anu for god's sake stop interfering in Adilie's lives, leave them alone, do not interfere... all her please are unheard and no one listens to them anyway.. just to make her feel good that she tried to be a good person for that day.

Yes abhi toh start hai journey ka towards acceptance aahista aahista hoga aage ka safar.. abhi toh denial anger chal raha hai phir depression aayega though they are not doing it in cycle as you said bargaining bhi hi rabi hai saath main.

Waise I keep meaning to say it too for all the talk of doormat 🙄 the comparison is stark if one wants to see. When adi was in denial and told imlie ke woh biwi nahi hai and she should mind her own business imlie understood never did she run to him like deosos unlike this didi or kept hopes from him of any kind yeh alag baat hai ke destiny kept throwing them in each other's way kept bringing them closer khudse nahi they were not being despos unlike yahan ke itni si aahat mile aur bhage aao yet she doesn't get the doormat tag woh imlie ke liye reserve hai

The najayaz bit and specifically BK’s reaction to it was the last straw for me. I can’t give them any benefit of doubt by any stretch of imagination right now….all we can do is ride this phase out cuz makers don’t seem to think they’ve crossed any lines with showing Ts falling so low even in their anger at Imlie. A certain level of prejudice exists in everyone. But I hadn’t thought Ts would be brought down to the level of demeaning Imlie for her birth after all this time. Ah well. Goes to show the cliches will always be in place no matter what 🤷‍♀️

I still feel suicide track was worse cuz of the overall dark depressive vibe of it. Here, despite the repulsiveness of the Ts, we are aleast getting Adi being able to openly support Imlie as her husband rather than the obligation of putting on the front of Malini’s husband.


As for why they keep accusing Imlie of chasing after a married man, lol selective hearing zindabad 🤷‍♀️…..quite prevalent in a certain section of the fandom too.

Haanji, I desperately needed a place to vent after the ugliness we were subjected to.😆 Still can’t figure out what compelled the makers to reduce the Ts to the level of Cs.🤷‍♀️ The makers better get their TRPs.

Adi supporting Imlie was undoubtedly the silver lining in this mess, but I personally feel this is worse because this time Ts were butchered beyond redemption. We can ride out dark phases of the show and ignore Didi nonsense, but it’s harder to see our beloved characters unnecessarily become soiled for the sake of cheap drama.

Suicide track initiated the downward spiral of the show and if makers are quite content to steer it in that direction, then what can we say.

Babusahib ki puraani problem hai yeh ki he feels bas definitive declaration kar do ki the sun has risen toh sabke liye savera ho jayega 🤷‍♀️😂….bas bol dene se baat khatam nahin ho jaati. I understand your point but the suicide track ka depression is still unmatchable for me. Like the air was suffocatingly thick with it. I’m haunted by Imlie’s drained face from that track to this day. She is upset in this track but still not as traumatized as she was by the suicide stunt and being targeted in the aftermath of that.

Yeah seeing Ts being butchered is sad. But the helpless feeling in the suicide track was worse coz Adi was also trapped and helpless back then and couldn’t support Imlie as freely. That restriction is gone now and it makes a difference.

Didi ko main toh nahin kar paayi thi zone out in suicide track. Lol aap kar paaye toh kudos to you 😆….atleast in this track Adi is more openly and fully focused on Imlie rather than obligatory attendance dene jaana Didi ke paas.

Ts hypocritical logic of defending one of DC daughters, the one delivered by socialite wife is good enough to address the question “neighbors kya kahenge” but the beti delivered by Meethi, the village belle is najaayaz and not acceptable even though dhokebaaz DC is the one who created the circumstances for Imli and Meethi’s plight.

Guess Adi wants his wife Imli to move into his room so he can keep an eye on her. He’s concerned she may slip out with her potli if she’s not where he can keep an eye on her.😆
