What an absolutely brilliant and and heart touching OS Aparna 😍❤. You are spinning heart touching magic through your words and I am absolutely in love with each and every word. Coz they have touched my heart so much 💗💗.
When I first read those few lines from "A Parent's Heart", I couldn't help myself but go back and read the whole poem once again. And then when I was reading the OS, I felt like you were beautifully describing the rest of that poem through your story.
First thing I loved about the OS was how that possible awkward convo took a turn to that deep and meaningful conversation. That image of him sitting on the arm chair and her on the floor crossed legged, like the child she still is in her heart and soul, beautifully painted a picture of a guidance figure and a curious child to me. The tenderness and understanding that flowed through the entire conversation was so heartwarming and heart touching.
To Sai, Virat plays many roles in her life's. A life partner, guidance figure, a guardian, a mentor and some what of a friend as well. Here, from the way Virat address the issue and makes her understand it, how he gives his undivided attention and time to her and that protective streak, brings out the guardian and guidance figure in him, which in turn reminds Sai of her abba. And just like how she used to be with her father, she blurts out everything, she complaints and vents out her problems and frustrations to Virat. Basically, she becomes herself around Virat since the centre of her universe has now shifted from her Abba to Virat. What I felt was, no Sai is not replacing Virat in her Abba's place. But the similarities she see between them when he is in this mode blurs the edges and in situations like this she sees her Abba through him. She sees somewhat of a "parent's heart" through this side of Virat.
And that transition from a caring guidance figure to a teasing partner was so smooth and light hearted after a such a deep convo it felt so natural. Like they returned back to their playful selves. And if I was grinning when Virat was in angry husband mode when he heard of guys teasing Sai, I was out right laughing at Virat's misery when he thought he will have to explain teenage hormones and stuff to Sai 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
All in all, I really loved this OS Aparna ❤❤❤. It was SUPERB and I loved it to the bits. Great job 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻.
Ps- And I do understand your fascination with inanimate objects Aparna. Coz most of the time, they are the silent witnesses to so many untold stories and buried feelings ❤❤.

Sai sharing all her worries with Virat without any hesitation is ❤ and Virat clearing them for her all her innocent doubts and queries.....
Virat try to do Everything for her happiness and to some extent he fulfilled the vacuum she felt with a abscene of her abha....

Okay, sometimes I feel I know better of what to not talk in hindi, arre Sai bahan, itni spasht tareeke se nahi bolte hai ki koi aapko ched raha hai, triple meaning nikaalte hai tumhare pati dev🤣 Even for a moment, I wished some gunda gardi by ACP against those boys, aage padhke phir pata chala🤣
And then, the entire flow of the OS was really beautiful. Sai is truly the companion that Virat was waiting for, cuz with Sai, not only Virat's life has its void filled, but everything related to Virat also seem completed.
Cuz, professionally, Virat got a companion who understands his profession, and he also gets a support in her form, a reason to be loyal to his duty and love his duty as well. And personally , she is Virat's peace and sanity, his storm and violence as well. Something who can bring out everything from within him.
And so is Virat, he is that person who is Sai's world in this vast place. Her guidance, her confusion as well, and her solace ,where she thinks she can sit in peace, grounded to earth , and then share off her life easily. There are no compulsions to behave, or to be restricted infront of Virat.
That is the beauty.❤️

I'm so glad that Ashwini made that comment today - Sai has brought out his inner child - he laughs more, does nautanki more, is less inhibited, is more vocal and demonstrative... it is all Sai's sangati!
She gets him... trly... as far as his profession is concerned, and his emotins are concerned - except towards her! But that's love...
She is the calm and the storm and he is the only one who gets to see both...
And he is her everything - simple. There is nothing she won't do for him, and there are no inhibitions were he is concerned... except for expressing her love! But then, that's love!
