Not only Adhi even imlie gives zero attention to Malini. Scene which imlie asks if they tell in English whether they accept…. That sentence has very much inner meaning like if we present some thing in gift wrapped papers it may accepted .. and follow up that her mother’s truth no one believed. Even T’s jumped to conclusions against meethi.

Adhithya’s answer to her question was also nice .

For T’s I felt apart from Malini all women are at fault. Rupi have not adjusted that’s why her marriage broke. Meethi is wrong without knowing the intention of a spine less ( no words to describe him) man trusting him.. Imlie is wrong for Adhithya loving her. Only Malini is right.

I really look for a scene T’s and Adhi face off if T’s use the term illegitimate towards imlie.. and give a reality check like one he given to Anu.

Didi’s mahanatha backfired but T’s didn’t get the subtle intention of Malini… that she thinks T’s have status problems and Malini also thinks she is so much accepted in the family due to her status. Anu have pointed this everytime . Malini also in a way think that … but no T’s didn’t get … as imlie said she presents it in sweet cover so T’s not bothered about go inner meaning of it.

All this turmoil imlie try to study is good… actually that helps from diverting her mind.. Adhi also as nothing happened try to help in studies was a nice scene….

He touched his priority areas …. But also giving support….

He is very much happy to move out with imlie… he already set ready with a bag that Sr T’s doesn’t expected and imlie was also not in a state of mind to process what is happening.

Loved that today Adi proved that he is very prepared to just leave everything, but is willing to give his family an opportunity to right the wrong. He is staying out of his will to give his wife the rightful place she deserves as the bahu of the house. She will always feel like she is the reason for all the tension in the house, while Adi will make sure to emphasize that she did not do anything wrong.

Today's episode made me realize that the makers are consciously trying to push the T's to the other end to show that no matter how much they loved Imlie, the fact that they have to accept her as a bahu is going to be a very difficult pill to swallow and they are not prepared to do so yet. Jab tak they don't understand that Adi & Imlie are not together out of force, but out of choice and that Imlie is the right bahu for their family, they are going to keep rejecting and pushing her away to get rid of this problem rather than face it and solve it.

Loved it when Sundar told off the Tripati's indirectly implying that he cant stoop as low as them. It was such a great gesture. And the exasperated sigh that Adi gave listening to him. It was nice.

I would have loved it if Adi had given more importance to Imlie's state of mind, especially after the fiasco. Poor thisng was breaking down when he found her, but all he cared was that she should not leave him, which was a very selfish thing to say.

Also I felt a disconnect throughout in the Adile scenes today. Probably they must be all exhausted after the Tabletodshadi 😆

And Malini is setting new bars on how low she can get each day. Today in the pretense of protecting Imlie and "raising" her status, she slipped in the truth about Imlie's father. So she confirms that she considers herself better than Imlie because of her origin. Just wow! That was classic elitism! I would have loved if she came to know that Imlie rejected Dev and his fortune.

But this time she stuck to a decision about not wanting to resume her life with Adi, not sure when shes gonna jump back, but atleast for now we are good.

I do not trust that woman to keep firm on any of her decisions. Dekh lena she will flip & how once she feels that uski mahaanta kam ho rahi hai aur use apne bhakton se apni bhakti sunne ka man kare, toh phit tapak jayegi to give gyaan on asking them to accept her "sister from another mother". Honestly I have more bharosa on AC that she may do something to keep Malini away than anyone else.

Donno if anybody noticed today, I just rewatched the episode, and I found that the Sr. Ts were not even touching Imlie. The way they woke her up, the way Aparna moved aside so that Imlie could pass through the door without touching her, asking Sundar (another 'naukar' because all other Ts are elites) to throw her things away so that they dont have to touch it...Its all making sense now.

If the makers are planning for a redemption for the T's, they are clearly doing it wrong. They are assassinating the characters. But if makers are showing this purposefully then this is what they have always been!

Panchhiji, Aparna is his mother and both are same same. Both assume that the other will bend down to their zid, coz they are right from their perspective. Also, Aparna is the mother, who will perpetually think that uska beta doodh pita bachcha hai, jise koi bhi control karke use raah bhtka sakta hai.

It is just very difficult for them to belive that their son who never wanted to get married, was aloof at home and was so much involved in his work is now ready to "chod chad ke duniya saari bas tere peeche pad gaya" that too for someone like Imlie, who they feel that she is no hoor pari, so why is he so hell bent on sticking with her. Like they say, T's sirf upar ki chamak ko dekh judgement pass kar rahe hai, and that is going to cost them their son.

T's have always been hypocrites, and that was shown in how they were willing to sacrifice their daughter in a marriage just to keep society happy. Like Radhaji said, they did not let the AM divorce truth come out as they hoped to convince AM to stay together just for society. Unhe koi farak nahi padhta that what anyone does, as long as status quo is maintained.
