Like I said, as much as it pierced my heart to hear her speak, it pierced hers to. But he didn't really express any of that, did he? Would she not be justified in closing herself off to him after his rather cold response to her emotional outburst? Humein pata hai what internal turmoil he's going through, Pallavi ko kaise pata chalega? He's complained about her being closed off to him about her past. She opened up twice. The first time, he didn't respond and put her to sleep (granted, she needed that) and the second time he basically said, "too bad, deal with it". Koi bhi insecure ho jaaye iske baad toh.

(Keh rahi hoon, life would be easier if I only liked one of the two. Subah se pata nahi kahaan kab kisko criticize aur kisko defend kar rahi hoon, mera toh sar hi ghoom gaya)
