IMO - calling her won't sound right.

-Maasi will feel bad about Ishqi not informing her husband (as it sounds like she didn't give her proper vales/ bring her up well.). She may also get worried had Ishqi gone somewhere else, in that case it would have caused another fight b/w Ishqi & Ahaan.

- Also, him calling her up asking about her whereabouts sounds brash and may send a wrong message to her. Like lack of communication/ of if they got into a fight and ishqi left.

- May also sound like Ahaan is complaining, even though his intentions are not wrong.

I agree ...... that man handling wasnt shown in bad light ,.... i mean .... that wasnt man handling for me....it was a normal human nature.... (which even i do if someone close to me disappears and doesn't answer)

I may be wrong on this topic but what I believe is Ahaan was right at his place to get worried for her because once he had covered up for her infront of dadi but he cannot do that everyday and the way ishqi said that he cant ask her with the husband's right/arrogance because both have equal right on each other and was really disappointed with ishqi because she didnt question him for drinking (during muh dikhai) atleast savitri telling her that ahaan's father also used to drink and her maasaji also used to drink should trigger her mind
