Why would he get bored of casting Alia? Yash Chopra and Yash Johar didn't get bored of casting Shahrukh Khan in every movie. David Dhawan did not get bored of casting Govinda and Karishma, Sooraj Barjatya didn't get bored of casting Salman Khan, Reema Lagoo, and Monish Behl, Rohit Shetty doesn't get tired of casting Ajay Devgn.

Karan Johar will not cast Aishwarya Rai Bachchan because she is old, hasn't delivered a hit since 2008, can't act, and is not profitable for directors and producers.
