Just to nit pick the mistakes. These were the same people who would have been okay with everything if Aurra was playing it. Tab romance se pyar se inko koi fark nahi padta atleast think about the well being of the actor you adore so much. She is a kiddo.
Itna zyada negativity for a leap. Its not like Aurra was replaced by another child actor or something, its just that the character grew up which was inevitable.
Kuch kuch toh itne ajeeb hai saying Bondita ko glamorous bana diya hai, she has lost all self respect, how is she allowed to stay at RCs now when she wasn't allowed pre leap
Honestly Bondita has been written very well till now keeping the essence of her character intact. She dresses elegantly, still has a childlike innocence amd obviously still adores the RCs and her sakha babu, still people find mistakes and those aren't even genuine😕
Honestly speaking, I had a lot issues with plenty tracks preleap because I was quite worried what kind of impact it has on such a young mind. She is a child, just 10 years old and she has no idea about most of the things they made the plots on. Though the menstruation and molestation tracks were wonderful and hard hitting, it was difficult to imagine how a child could play it out.
I felt that they could have waited until she grew up to pick up that topic only because I didn't want a child to deal with such thoughts and emotions while acting it out.
To have to understand such things at that age can have an affect, I know because I experienced something similar as a child where I accidentally watched some movie on tv where the girl was getting harrassed by some 80s villian and that did scare me quite a bit. Now, imagining such a young girl having to act out such a scene just made me uncomfortable.
But sadly, now I see her die hard fans not at all concerned about the kind of impact they are placing on the mind of a young child by spreading such negativity.
How can you even say that you love her and want her to do romantic scenes with a grown man?
@bold:
I am loving Bondita, post leap, she is everything and more that I imagined Badi Bondita to be. The confidence and resilience that shines through her words and actions has captured my heart.
Anchal adds a new shine to the character with her well thought out and nuanced acting. Aurra had definitely created a very memorable character and Anchal has taken it to a new level in her own way, she hasn't disappointed me in the least in any way with Bondita.
Anchal, the writers, the team all deserve appreciation for that!
