I don't think Kirti has to physically be present. Sunny is smart enough that he can use his words to metaphorically place Kirti between them. It's exactly that which is giving him the security to behave as audaciously with Pallavi as he is- he holds Raghav's biggest Achilles Heel in the palm of his hand, and he knows it. I'd love to be proven wrong, because what you guys are saying would be so satisfying to watch, but I just don't see how it would happen. Anyway, he'll only find out if he catches Sunny in the act, Pallavi isn't going to snitch. I will be surprised if Sunny's treatment of Pallavi is ever even addressed, TBH.

Sorry to butt in but was just reading this discussion. Even though Raghav is taking up the blame, I want him to start thinking on how Kirti has been behaving in this accident matter and hopefully he might suspect Sunny’s hand as well. You are right, Kirti doesn’t need to be present for Sunny to use her but now Raghav has seen how she is hiding the truth by her lies. And he heard her talking to Sunny on phone. If he starts adding up the dots, he will start investigating on his side. Even I don’t think he will know Sunny’s misbehaviour with Pallavi unless Krishna tells it out somehow.
