The fact that Keerti doesn't have any guilt or remorse in her actions is the main reason why Pallavi should go cold on her. She isn't owning up to her mistakes and instead is trying to pin it on innocent Farhad.

She was blaming Raghav for 10 long years for murder of Arjun and Naana even though he wasn't at fault. If she can't forgive Raghav for a murder he didn't commit then why should Pallavi forgive her for a cold blooded murder.

Coward and hypocrite- that pretty much sums up Keerthi's character at this point ..not even touching upon her blind beintehaan mohabbat for Khajoor who ill treats her in an unacceptable way when he loses his cool.
