If you have access to Hotstar, it isn't too difficult.

They do recaps (a certain amount of episodes condensed into a quick 20 minute epi), which is how I first caught up with the story quickly.

Then for certain specific scenes (mostly Raghvi), I went back and watched the individual episode in full.

I actually started watching only after Raghvi marriage, but have a semi-decent idea of what transpired before 😃
