I had an issue with this show initially due to this very reason that it might normalize this kind of thinking.

Phir show dekha toh mujhe kuch cheezien galat lagi like certain dialogues and promotional stuff they did but they always managed to highlight the wrongs of these things too.

So, I understood that the makers are not trying to ship them romantically. They most probably wrote some stuff to adhere to the typical TV audience.

However, the bad side of this was that there were teens or whoever these fans are who got so blinded by stuff like this that they thought it's normal and okay to ship a child and grown man.

Where does the fault lie? I guess on the people who allowed children to consume such content without proper understanding.

This show is based on an extremely sensitive issue. In few tracks/episodes things were a bit ott, which I felt could have been better handled. But overall I guess they are handling the concept sensitively.

Twitter/insta has become a warzone for this ht. The comments are infuriating.🤢 In my opinion the leap was extremely necessary, they almost showed everything that could have happened in a child bride's life. If they had dragged anymore probably many of the teenage fans would have started romantically inkling the characters of Ani- Choti Bon

I saw those too which is what disturbed me so much.

It's okay if you wanna ship the characters but do not bring your lens onto the actors and expect them to play out their lives according to your needs and wants.

I often wonder how the actors must feel... Pravisht ko kaisa lagta hoga to know there are people who want him to be with a child Bahut disturbing hoga sochne pe hi.
