Analysing Aniruddh is one of my favourite work.. I can do that all day.. Dunno why for the very first day, this character won my heart.. A PERFECT MAN WITH HIS OWN FLAWS.. ❤️
Before leap we knew Aniruddh as a polite person who believed in Gandhiji & his Santi speech.. Being violent was his lastest option.. & Suddenly after leap he started to talk about revenge, enmity --- "marne aur marne wali baat".. Always roaming with a gun.. Now question is Why!!?? To protect his family..
Aniruddh is a person of ideology.. Now can you imagine inner conflict of a person who forced to abandon his ideology to protect his dear one.. Har ek din, har ek lamha kitna vari hoga uske liye!! Apne hi app mein har roj thoda thoda karke khud ko mar raha hain woh.. Kisi ko bhi uske dil ki khabar nehi hain, literally no one.. coz the only person who knew the path of his heart was far.. HIS BONDITA.. But when she returns, his mental health is already critical.. In case of mini/manorama ladai pyaar aur zimmedari ke bich tha.. That's why wo asani se zimmedari ko chunn liya.. Par ab ladai "pyaar' aur "pyaar" ke bich me hain.. "Love for his hometown" & "Love for his BONDITA".. So he's just torn apart.. He doesn't want Bondita in this situation as his.. He doesn't want her to tore apart.. If he accepted Bondita, so she has to choose either one, either her maa, or her Sakha Babu.. He just doesn't want her in this emotional turmoil coz he himself faced it's affect.. So he's just blocking her all ways towards him..
I mean just watch his expressions.. Pain is clearly visible in his eyes.. His lifeline is standing just few feets away from him, still situations made him unable to express his happiness..
He's suppressing his emotions inside him like a hydraulic press.. The day it'll burst out, pura FD royega, main bhi.. Sotti.. Just look at him, you'll understand all those unsaid things..
When the dupatta fell on him, he recognised it's from Bondita.. His expression softens, mind lost, he was holding it so softly, like one of the most precious thing in his life..
But very next moment the driver reminded him it's from KN & the rage in his eyes returned.. He clenched it in his fist..
The fire didn't burn that dupatta only, it has been burning his inside for long 8 years.. I swear if anyone didn't remind him about KN, he might have kept that as her memory.. & this is the story.. Deep down his heart he badly wants her with him.. but every time someone or anyone or situation poking this enmity jaap in his head.. He went to that extent now he himself believing a lie, "A lie about hating Bondita".. How can anyone hate his/her own existence.. Bondita is Aniruddh's existence..
His world is still full of her memories.. For a fraction of sec he really thought Bondita came to tend him.. He uttered "Bon" under his breath.. Then reality stroke him again.. My poor bachha..😭
He's trying hard to hide himself, his feelings from her.. coz he knows she can read him like a open book.. So he's hiding his vulnerable self from her.. Do you remember after monorama track aniruddh was so scared to face Bondita that he hided himself in almirah.. Nothing changed.. Hamara Aniruddh humesha aisa hi behave karta hain jaisa ki ab kar raha hain..
And here's the part that broke my heart into pieces..🥺 He still hates gun, he still hates violence.. But situation made him like this coz it was the only way to protect his family.. He lost the shoulder that used to support him in his vulnerable times.. & after the separation of so many years he himself afraid to open up infront of anyone, maybe infront of himself too..😭
He was right.. "Mar gaya hai Aniruddh Roy Chowdhury".. But Bondita came.. So very soon we'll watch rebirth of Aniruddh like a phoenix from the ashes..
