also the makers gave aditi gave the same blouse she wore in naamkaran just to cash on that nostalgia 😡 they also used hamari adhuri kahaani song that was used in NK a lot after the leap

i hated the post-leap track in NK. they showed 10 years leap (that was too much) and then they were unsure if avneil had a baby or not and at the end they showed yeah they have a son. it was so annoying. the reason why she left him was also stupid 🤔 zabardasti separation!

@GHK - ha the bhabhi seems annoying and attention seeker both. but yeah the heroine is very fiesty and knows how to have her own life instead of letting it revolve around hero(thats what i caught up from the gossip news, i could be wrong though)

completely agree with everything you said about these shows. Upma is one of the worst shows imo. I can’t deal with fake feminism and showing the vamp the only one responsible for ruining marriages. You are right, they do show the cheating husbands as dudh ka dhula who got “seduced” by the evil vamps

you are right about GHK FL. She is feisty and knows how to stand up for herself but sometimes crosses the boundaries. Although I rarely watched it, I used to love how the OG FL gave back to her in laws and bhabhi whenever they mistreated her. She never accepted their wrongs doings

I feel like makers might have ruined mishbir too if the show ran any longer. I mean they had already butchered Abir’s character post marriage. Glad that the show ended before it got any worse

No aditis character is the ML’s brother’s ex. But I guess the ML never met her until now. What I don’t get is how he doesn’t know his wife’s voice. People who lose one sense usually make their other senses stronger. So if he couldn’t see this whole time, his hearing ability and ability to recognize sounds/voices should have been better than an average human. But here he just accepts a random xyz as his wife because his famiky said so. Also he should have also easily guessed that this is an imposter by talking about their old memories. Seems like makers left their brains at home while making this show

I agree..aditi does look gorgeous here. She’s actually prettier than the FL. I wish she returned with a better show as a main character because she deserves that

Lol the child is 5-6 because the FL adopted her after she left her husband. In the OG, this little girl was actually aditi’s character’s kid whose father was the ML’s brother. But here it’s just a random kid whose family died in an accident and the FL adopted her. Also the little girls family was rich so the FL here is now rich. She is also learning English and working on her career which I appreciate.

exactly! the indian tv industry is still so chauvinist to men that they reduce the women to dumb, irrational bimbos. most average women are more clever and righteous than that.

GHK's OG seems like a good show then. glad that at least somewhere some shows are made that depict strong FLs
