This is what I say conflict of emotions when both are right in their way.. Pallavi wants justice and closure to the past and Raghav wants a happy future not to be ruined by past.. in these type of cases, the situation which led to the conflict only has to find the solution.. in this case, it's Keerthi. If she is the one driving, and accepts herself if guilty, the conflicts wi still remain the same... If Raghav remains calm, she will land up in jail.. if Pallavi remains calm, then she cannot be with Raghav under same roof... So I think, conveniently, makers will make Sunny the real culprit and Keerthi being brainwashed by Sunny under alcohol influence... This way, they will make Sunny the murderer in hit and run and also will be out of Keerthi's life...
They are angry with each other, for each other and no words are needed for us to see that. He got angry because by accusing Farhad, his right hand, it's like she was accusing him too. Also, because she was saying he doesn't think about how she feels. Arey, it's because of thinking how she feels that he took this decision.
