I found that quite selfish as well, especially when Purvi's kid(s) might be called a"Molkki's" kid. There was no need to put the kid in a financial disadvantage as well on top of all things.

First question which came to my mind - why do our shows INSIST on such stereotypical portrayals of NRIs? Ripped/short clothes, funky jewellery, uncouth behaviour? Their conflict with their father would have looked as real had they been properly dressed and basically well mannered!

Purvi's initial reaction to finding out that they are Vir's kids has been portrayed well by Priyal - the shock in her voice & expressions as she thinks why Vir has not told her.

PurVir's conversation - I am not at all convinced by the explanation Vir gave Purvi. Zindagi ka woh panna jis par dhool jam chuki hai? Really? Bachche hai yaar, ex-girlfriend nahi!

About the track - I am not very impressed as there are just tooooo many gaps & inconsistencies. Suddenly 2 adult children dropping from the high heavens with no aaga-peecha is extremely jarring.

Having said that, this track has a LOT of potential if handled well (we keep hoping that things will be handled well!!). I'm still undecided on seeing it regularly...will wait for a week or so before deciding!

@bold--- The NRI stereotyping is not even accurate..lol.. If they wanted to showcase an on-your-face-spoilt brat - there should have been a Hermes/Gucci/Balenciaga/Dior hanging from her arms and a couture/designer outfit . The girl would have actually looked convincing to an extent. The guy I will give a pass for now. Rich brats here just do not dress that way and no one is this level of uncouth.

@Italics --- I felt, Priyal also conveyed a sense of betrayal and disappointment too after finding out about the kids. That was nuanced well. Amar does look unconvinced delivering those dialogues.

Manasi, as you rightly said, these are his kids not an ex-gf. Although honest people do come clean about past relationships. Honesty is the only route with your present partner when it comes down to past relationships.

There is nothing more unattractive than a man giving lame excuses. Purvi's questions were all valid but VPS ke answers? UGH.

@underlined --- The disconnect is rather glaring and kinda hard to ignore. The fluidity and depth which I used to associate with Molkki are kinda missing for me now. Aaj kal it seems kuch bhi dikha do.

This track definitely has the potential to pull in viewers if handled with sensitivity. So, I really wish that happens.

Also, didn't KK ever warn her oldest kids to stay away from Pranjali? How can a mother not warn her kids against dangerous people?

our dumbo Purvi believes her, nods her head and leaves, comes back and politely says thanku .... after knowing all about Anjali's true colors.😲

- Nandini is screaming at Purvi for runing her clothes and says - "mein meri maa ki tarah bholi nahi hoon ..." 🤣 I was thinking, your maa and bholi, huh? 😊

@bold - Well said. I felt disappointed when there was no charm in Purvir moments today. The spell that it used cast on us is no longer mesmerizing. 😒 The dialogues too arent convincing, I wonder why!

reg. KK warning the kids, this whole twins saga was introduced out of nowhere, which has caused way too many holes in the story, too late to recover from this mess. 😕 I have a feeling that adding grownup kids was an after thought to fill in for leap cancellation or whatever alternative it came out to be.

Not sure if it is just me, but I find everything hurried and half-baked plots. 😲 Maybe the episodes are sped up so that they can finish this track soon?
