I am thinking we need to switch to twitter because IF has no group chat on PM...

I've seen some private chat clubs, topics where only certain members of that chat club can engage but yeah I think you'll still have to abide by the IF rules.

Yes but if it is an invitation only CC then the stalkers will also get warned for stalking somewhere they are not welcome
