Amma was suffering from some health issues in initial episodes. She seemed in kinda stress because of Keerti's insolent behaviour. So it might have triggered her health.

I know that---but Kirti ka behaviour kaise trigger kar sakta hai--she might be a little worried but I dont think it's the reason...it might be something bigger
