It is actually from an adult pov because she has been only thinking about him for 8 years. Right now what she is understanding is that what she feels for him is just not platonic anymore. Yes they shared a very special bond when she was young and even now also (if Ani acknowledges) but now it is more than that. The small Bon scene was to show that she had a crush on him when she was younger during her early teenage years which she did not quite understand but now the crush has developed alot more. It will take time for her to realise the depth of love she has for Ani overtime. I hope that is what the makers are trying to say.

She said she will focus on court I guess kuch hoga ani will humiliate her and then she will first make him lose in talwaarabaazi and in court
