Suraj can be Savvy's former boss. She was a working woman so she might be working under him.

If we take her back story, then maybe Suraj noticed her condition while working in his office.

If we consider the back story by us, where Malhotras business faced some losses, it will make more sense. Like Suraj already knew about their conditions and was sympathetic towards her.

The car ride also kinda gave it away. Savvy was familiar with his car. Despite being in mental hospital for quite a long time, the seat belt was natural to her.

He might have been dropping her home and one day daadi saw it. Maybe Ahaan also saw it. Suraj being rich and all made Daadi's story more stronger.
