I think it's about perspective.

Like I could think that the show has shown these scenes so many times cos Raghav is filled with guilt of what happened with Mandar & wants to compensate by never repeating it again.

Moreover he has helped people who could be saved not anyone who would have died immediately.

Then comes one thing that I'm not sure I completely understand of him. Raghav is always shown to help public cos noone helped him & he wants to be that person of support for someone. But isn't it the same public who's responsible for the death of his Nanna & Lil Brother. And the village crowd knew his Father then also he met a horrid fate at their hands. Why would you want to help the public then? You would say they're hypocrites & don't deserve anything from him.

Maybe I answered my own doubts by typing all that, I don't know
