I am not being able to like Devs character because he never really gets reprimanded for his mistakes.

Nobody said anything to him post marriage. no guilt, no proper apology.shiva did burst out at him in the bus but then everyone just repressed it.

I know this has been discussed many times in the forum but the portrayal of Dev as Mr goody two shoes in the show irks me sometimes.🤕

He's truly a two-faced kameena.. he gets away so easy with everything 😡

Whereas Shiva and Krish get reprimanded and beaten for every single mistake they do, small or big

I simply cannot stand Dev at times 🤢

You knlw what the post marriage entry could be about how her dreams were shattered and ended up marrying Shiva who hates her and she in turn dislikes him. This entry could have been made during the early days of their marriage, even at the beginning of the haveli track.

Hope the CVs do something reasonable, but to justify (playing Devil's advocate here) Shiva feeling sad for a pre-marriage entry... maybe reading that entry "grounded" him. He's had his head in the clouds where just being with Raavi brings him happiness. He might've forgotten their past, but the diary entry probably brought him to reality.

Another theory is that there is more to the diary entry than "RAAVI loves DEV." Maybe Raavi wrote about how "handsome, educated, talented" Dev is and how Shiva is the exact opposite. She did say she wrote about Shiva briefly once, and perhaps this is the diary entry where Shiva makes an appearance.

Her writing about Dev after marriage (especially a "RAAVI loves DEV" message is to 😕 for me)

I guess there will be an entry of her marriage day.

She would have written something really harsh then.how her dreams broke,how she felt, how she is stuck with a jangli, gawar, untidy person.she did call him these names for some days after marriage.

IMO, Shiva going back into his shell should not affect Raavi much at this time as she is not emotionally connected to him yet, unless something happens between now and the diary reveal where she starts to feel for him and then he ends up reading the diary and they go back to square 1.
