She can use her username and password to login. If username has invalid characters he/she can use email and password to login.

Once she is logged in she can update her email to an active one.

You said she remembers the password. So please ask her to try to login via her username and password. For example, your username is worthless. Uska bhi kuch ID hoga.

ary wah.! kya baat hai :P i mean Ap to samjhdar ho lekin shayed baki duniya bewakoof hai jo without username he login ki try kar rahi hai loooool,

nahi os ka ID nahi hai wo bhoot hai :P

abhe Ap phir se kahogi username nahi to email to hoga right? to yes email bhe hai on ka lekin os se bhe same yehi error a raha hai, or email onhon ne 8 ya 10 years se use he nahi kiya,

Behna, tumhari help karne ki koshish kar rahi thi. Bewakoofi ki baat nahi hai. It’s possible to miss these things, especially while trying to log in after ages.

Anyway, like they say - bhalai ka zamana nahi hai 🤷‍♀️

See, frankly, it was difficult to understand ki exactly issue kya hai from your earlier messages. That’s why you got some obvious solutions to the problem 🤷‍♀️
