Nope, as per me he has see the destruction of Das family and since because of them Bon separated. He lost all his aim in life. The enimity is nothing but CC created it. Ani doesn't want to keep any relation because Bon fam try to kill RC people and killed many innocent I think.

Poor Bondita💔 its really harsh on her and she isn't even being told the reason for it😭 and that makes it worse,she doesn't know uski galti kya hai

But that scene in Thakumaa's house made me believe Ani doesn't hate her her. Hate chodo he isn't even angry and probably just wants her away from him for God knows what reason. Because we can see his anger and hatred towards other people like Thakumaa and CC. His behaviour is completely different with Bondita. No one other than Bondita could have got away with doing something like that to Ani but bande ne uff tak nahi ki

Even when he comes to meet her he thinks in mind when she says sau Bondita - yeh kya kar rahi hai Bondita
