Shailu di , You are musunserstanding Pallavi. She is in love with Raghav but she is not getting the same response from his side. That is why till now she only indirect hints.

Pallavi said that if Mandar was alive she would have a very different life than what she is having now. In Rao house she is loved, pampered like a little girl and is in totally in love with her husband who treats her like a queen. She has the freedom to work and pursue her goals. But with Mandar it would be very different as Mandar was not as passionate as Raghav is, In D house she would had been never pampered but given responsibilities in her shoulder as adarsh bahu and she would not be even allowed to work also and pursue her goals. It is what Pallavi meant as different.

whatever Pallavi knows about Mandaar she remembers him as a good son, good human.

In general to whenever someone passed away we only remembers their good things.

We viewers know Mandaar was or will be a grey character but does Pallavi know that??

She was talking in general sense to Raghav. I don't think She put Raghav down in any way in that statement.
