Finally watched the Somethin Haute review!. I am watching their review after many days actually, but surprisingly the review was so positive and good, and for once I am glad that both Hassan and Aamna actually agreed with each other 😆
Aamna and I have some telepathy connection may be, because in my review also I pointed out how I loved the loud rain and thunderstorm in the background elevating the intensity of Fee-Rom conversation, also the fact that the poetry was more deep and can have different interpretations, for Hassan it was how 'ishq se darr hoga toh ishq kaise karoge', for Aamna it was like 'Ishq haasil hojayae toh khuda ko na bhula jaye' and from my POV it was more like 'zaruri nahi har chahat haasil ho, kuch chahatei kabhi haasil nahi hoti' and i feel in every aspect, Farhad would anyway connect because, his ishq is his misery, and he does not fear to drown into the misery nor did he ever care to chase it, it was a sad scene because Farhad was literally hearing the fact that 'every wish gets fulfilled' while he knew that it is not the reality.
I am glad, both of them like FeeRom conversation, they understood that every individual has different ways to deal with heart break, and people like Farhad exist, sentimental and emotional, who can abandon their own individuality because their pain engulfs their whole existence, also the fact that both Hassan and Aamna connected with Romana too, her connection with Farhad's state and asking for his prayers, everything played out well and hence made sense. Issiliye bolti hoo, ke when execution accha ho everything makes sense.
And then the entertainment, Mahi's fake iddat and uska kuch zyada free hoja with Sikka. 🤣.. Should I remind, Mahi ko free hone ke adaat hai, and aise free hoti hai woh ke logo ko zindagi bhar ka bewakoof banadeti hai cough cough Farhad 🤣.. Also, Hassan is hilarius at times, like Mahi keeps jumping everywhere in the haveli except her own room, so servant ko kyu laga ke she is stuck in a room, I agree with Hassan here, like really, Mahi and her iddat and her sudden maamta, sabko haasi hi ayegi aur kuch nahi 🤣🤪
