Warning level badhna means tum unlimited post nahi kar paoge. Pehle baar mein zyaada kuch nahi hota but baad mein 15 posts a day and 10 posts a day and atlast ban kardete hai.

It's start from 20℅ agar 100 hua tho account ban. Phir start again with newbie. If you get wl it's not end of world. Kuch biased mods hote hai, teen mahine baad contact a neutral GM and ask her to remove WL. She will see your past behavior after you receive WL and then remove it
