I know she likes to do Didi Jaap & is ready to leave him at the drop of a hat but I think she is able to do that only because she trusts Adi that he won't let her leave. I know that this is a flaw in Imlie that she is hurting the person who loves her the most with her mahanta & selflessness. But her guilt regarding Didi just colours everything. This immense prem for Didi is also a result of assuaging her own guilt. I don't know how this can be resolved frankly.

So my two cents on all this:

I don't trust the writers in their contrivances😆....but chalo for the sake of the argument, I will agree that Imlie does trust Adi's love for her now compared to her previous flips vis a vis considering him dhokebaaz or labeling his love for her as ehsaan or daya😆.....she seems to have moved past that stage a bit and started to trust his love for her more.

What Imlie doesn't trust right now is her KISMAT I feel.....she is wary of getting any happiness or love cuz she feels it will be snatched away in a twist of fate in the next moment. That is what her reaction was built around on knowing Malini is her real sister too.....she was lamenting the fact that she will be accused of stealing her sister's husband....yeh thought runs in parallel to the fact ki Imlie knows Adi is hers now - in terms of fully being in love with her.....he's expressed it in a 100 different ways and itni bhi bailbuddhi nahin hai Imlie😆.

But yes, your point regarding guilt is what underscores everything.....her guilt about Malini makes her overcompensate with Didi jaap and hyping up this Didi prem even in the face of getting bakwaas thrown at her from Didi.....it's the constant prick of her conscience for Imlie that she knows she has Adi's love but she feels accepting it will make Malini unhappy.

That was the dynamic I saw in the last scene to some extent too.....this is a different Imlie from the one who used to have her eyes lowered and try to run away when she felt she had come between AM....the phase before Malini knew the truth....but now that Malini knows the truth - Imlie feels the right to go to Adi and help him stand up when he was weak from his fever.....these are subtle shifts but they do convey that Imlie is in a different space with Adi now despite the omnipresent Didi guilt😆....She jataaoes her haq subtly and subconsciously....but she gets conscious when Didi shows up to guilt trip.

Imlie got “the shock of her life”. The identity she had been searching all her life turned out to be illegitimate. But it turns out she is not the one to be consoled, but in return Adi falls sick and Imlie is consoling him🤣😂. He falls sick in place of Imlie.

Malini lashes out on Imlie instead of bring consoling with her so called behen prem. What did malini loose, she still is the daughter of 2 looser parents, no change in her so called status, and got out of a hollow marriage. What action did she take? She went back to her home right

Haha yeh tedha hai par mera hai toh bahut pehle se chal raha hai Imlie ka about her Babusahib.....isliye toh ring proposal scene mein bhi she was like, "aap bahut khadoos hain"😆......she knows ki woh saare taane, nakhre iske saamne hi jataata hai ek alag haq ke saath😆.....and she loves him with all his prickliness also😆

I loved that line too...."Yeh waqt saath nibhaane ka hai"....he keeps trying to explain to her again and again that they need to be with each other, support each other now to face everything together but she keeps leaving him beech majhdhaar 😆.....isliye he's feeling worn out.....lol his Karma is still at work punishing him for all the times he pushed her away.....haha abhi bhi paapad belne pad rahe hain to get her into his life properly😆.

Didi ki mental capacity mein nahin hai yeh sab samajhna ki ek rishte mein haq kaise jataate hain without guilt tripping.....yes, Adi ne bhi khaana chhod diya, beemaar ho gaya without Imlie.....but it's a WORLD of a difference from the stunts that Didi used to pull to get importance from Adi......mainly cuz of the HONESTY with which Adi is expressing the reason for his hurt....ghumaa phiraa ke nahin, directly bol raha hai Imlie ko why he's hurt and what she means to him.....koi ghulaami karvaane ke liye nahin, saath ke liye hai yeh tadap. There is no sense of one person trying to act superior than the other even in this bhook hadtaal.....ismein ekdum woh maasoom bacche wala gussa hai......Didi ke stunts mein humesha spoilt brat ki entitlement hoti hai.

And ofcourse bottom line is ki Adi-Imlie ki mutuality has been established through far more intense situations they have gone together.....itni baar zindagi-maut ko kareeb se saath mein face karke banaa hai yeh rishta.....toh us rishte mein haq jataana, hurt jataana.....it's not superficial like Didi ke lame clingy stunts.

As I said earlier, Adi's polar opposite reactions on seeing Imlie v/s seeing Malini say everything😆.....he is still making the same polite/detached faces at Malini that he made when he was married to her too😆.....the only time he ever showed raw emotion was for Imlie....even during that entire time he was married to Malini.....toh ab agar phir bhi difference na dikhaayi de toh hum kya bolein😆

I don't think so - because then that makes her a hypocrite who just does lip service- which is what Malini accused her of today.

Imlie is guilt ridden yes - and still ready to sacrifice at the drop of a hat and BBSB is doing well by starting his own campaign to keep her firmly at his side by ensuring she knows how he will react to her leaving him - pure blackmail. As I said earlier in the other thread - if and when Apu does not accept their marriage - Imli's option to run to PG is being taken care of by BBSB's nautanki today :) Smart chap.

Imlie actually does have the gumption to follow through with what she says. I thoroughly disagreed with Didi's rant about Imlie only saying things but actually not doing things. When has Imlie not done things. She is the one who has actually done the things that she has said.

1. She let go of her rights as a wife so that Adi could marry Didi.

2. She always tried to resolve issues between Adi-Didi whenever they had disagreements.

3. She has already left T house 3 times- during 2nd PD trip, 3rd PD trip, when she was sent to C house.

If Didi says today also that she wants to stay married to Adi, Imlie will try to convince Adi to do so & sacrifice her own happiness.

It is actually Adi & Didi who actually say many things but most of the time never follow through.

Imlie has the strength to let go of her most precious person if she believes that it would make everybody else happy. She will herself be in pain & stay alone & still nibaho her rishta on her own however difficult it may be. She is that selfless & we have to make peace with this fact. I know it irritates us to hell but that is one of her core characteristics.

Hence we have Adi on the other hand who is the selfish one to balance her selflessness. He is selfish enough for Imlie & himself to never let go of Imlie, work with her to get her to accept the reality that one cannot please people all the time & you have to be selfish for your own happiness. I think that is why their understated love story works.

You are misinterpreting what I said.

As I understood what you wrote - you said Imlie is able to say that she will move and let go - because she knows even if she does that that Adi will bring her back and not let her go. If that is the case then - she knows there will be no sacrifice for her...and it will all come through for her in the end. That's not Imli - if she felt she needed to go - she definitely would....(see what I wrote in bold above). I'm saying she is not a hypocrite...but what you said in your write implied that she was.

If that's not what you meant - maybe then it was in the way you communicated it or I understood it. :)

I have given my vishesh tippani on the spoiler post. Not feeling the excitement. But aaj kal spoilers bhi aise mil rahe hai ki kuch pata nahi kya chal raha hai. That is a good thing I guess so that we get scenes in the actual epis. Otherwise beech main toh spoilers ne pura epis dekhne ka maja kirkira kar diya tha.

Adi-Imlie scene was love today... yeh bandha mujhe kabhi disappoint nahi kartha. he is the only consistent character. His life stops the moment he even thinks Imlie may leave him. That is why, even though Meethi didn't ask him directly then, the moment he realized in the forest that Imlie didn't see Meethi and Dev, he took it as kismat ka ishara and took Imlie from there. Even though he consoled Imlie as soon as she learned the truth, it is like his worst nightmare coming true - Imlie giving even more importance to Malini than him. That is the reason, he was worried during his conversation with Rupi and immediately took Rupi's offer of talking to Imlie (different story that Rupi didn't actually with Imlie); the moment he didn't see Imlie at home the next morning, he could feel his nightmare coming true and if he calls Meethi & SK he was worried he would get the confirmation... instead of facing it, like a idiot that he is when it comes to Imlie, he started getting worried and making himself sick. May be an unpopular opinion or may be because, I binge watched the episodes, I didn't feel much disconnect and or felt weird when Adi fainted. This is the guy who got sick when Imlie just stopped talking with him even though she is in the same house and now, he drenched in rain, then had to see his worst nightmare coming true and so he was worried sick..

Adi can keep talking about BFF etc but the moment, he even remotely thinks anything can impact his relationship with Imlie, he becomes the most selfish. Tho baad mei gayi BFF, baad mei gaya Nishant or uska sickness or uska 1 day old shaadi, he doesn't have Imlie next to him, so like a rootha huva baccha as you said, he got all the attention he was looking for 😆

Even after today, if people still believe Adi when he talks about his friendship with Malini and what ever nonsense he spews while trying to be formal with Malini, then I pity their comprehension skills.

Till Imlie came home, he was like, I will get better once Imlie is home, I do not want to eat or drink, the moment he saw Imlie, anger replaced worry 😆. I am glad he did that though, he said all right things, he is fed up convincing Imlie, he is fed up that she gives priority to every other relationship except theirs. Imlie is taking her relationship with Adi for granted. I wish the makers acted on the ultimatum promo.. Imlie should understand Adi's importance in her life, as her love, as her husband by choice and not kismat ka diya hua. not sure when she will understand that Adi can't work with out her..

100 episodes tak Adi ko Malini jaap karte dekha hai.. ab Imlie ko 100 episodes tak didi jaap karte dekliya hai.. ab please band kardijiye.. let's move on the story..

I do not want to even talk about Didi today, but loved how Adi showed both Imlie and Malini, their places in his life. "Maa ko tho pata nahi Imlie hamari patni hai, magar aap ko pata hai, aapko samaj na chahiye tha" 👏

Oh interesting point about how 100 epis ho gaye of Moon jaap, and now 100 epis of Didi jaap.....lol will the makers really shift gears for the next 100 epis to some other jaap? 😆 Haha dekhte hain.....warna abhi ke liye toh Didi jaap feels omnipresent.

Word on the spoiler 😆 If it’s a parallel to the hut scene like NM said, then it would be actually beautiful 😍. It will be Imlie pouring her heart out instead this time around. But I am more excited to see how Imlie manaofies Adi today - I hope the 200th episode lives up to its expectations 😆

You nailed it with the bold! Imlie ko apne kismat apne bhaagon se darr zyada lagta hai that then gets wrapped in her propping up didi more.. it is worth noticing ke not even once has she mentioned giving up adi even with him so pointedly saying it too ke you will do that imlie had a surprised look that no. That was not what it was going to be or it is. She had accepted that Adi is hers to an extent and loves him deeply but she is afraid ke agar maan hi lia sach bata dia toh ek toh baaki logon ki khushi chali jaayegi and dusra kismat isse cheen legi yeh khushi caz well until then toh becahri ne aise hi life kaati hai at every big moment of her life she gets served insults and some kind of sourness toh ab imlie jo uske liye itna precious hai usko apna kehne se bhi darne lagi hai jatana nahi chahiti somewhere to protect it ke Ek hi cheez toh usko apni mili hai achi chal rahi hai ..and she can't afford to lose it too..to yeh imlie ka somewhere twisted protection bhi hai which may not look like it but it is evident as you said in the way she is taking slight liberties like supporting him like trying to feed him apne haath se.. all the little arguments and not jhoks where she pulls his leg etc they are settling more in mera hi hai zone and imlie is totally comfortable ke mera hi hai in all those until adi brings up sach or she is directly faced with Malini like in this situation she did go to meet malini but that was not even mentioned caz that was not important and meant not much adi mattered to her in the moment so she gave the general she went out to her Amma which is true too caz a) she had handled the losers on her own and b) she didn't want to upset him and it was irrelevant to her . What matters is adi in front of her..

Didi se bhi she was trying to clear the stands hi ke phir kya and it escalated again to be noted she never said ke acha tum le lo phir. She was showing her general chinta and confusion ke this is what I will be tagged as what should I do? She actually asked hum kya kari she was probably wanting an ear a solution a hosla a support but Mila kya accusations🤷‍♀️ to Me it looked more like she wanted to talk general situation as it was a big deal so yeah.
