But after the uff scene and all the passionate Shaurya dialogues, I still wanted some repeat of their earlier intensity. They need a date night or a baarish night....something 100% sensual!

I completely agree and understand what you mean. But you know it was very smart of them to execute it like this. There was too much pressure about the SR. On the writers, directors and actors. We already saw what the editors did with Tu zaroori. If they had made it a passionate one, it would have been edited the hell out n it would have been a sad situation. Coz it’s a 7pm slot.

Here they played it smart. They kept it Natural, fun, but also some subtle boldness n passion.

Now that the pressure is off from SR. They can show more of stuff like the post sindhoor shaadi. Some passionate teasing, the dates they never made it to, rain sequence and much more. So, I am really happy the way they executed the SR. I am on my second watch n loving it more. 😍😍

I do agree that it takes the pressure off. I’m just holding onto KVs words that he can romance a tree. Well Shaurya has a wife now....romance her! I don’t want typical stuff. I want romance in SIAC...classrooms, library, and office. His office has not been christened yet! So many more KPs to fulfill!

Exactly! The bold Anokhi was so refreshing to see.

IPK for all its flaws did it differently. They had their SR before the marriage. One night before. N back then, I really appreciated how they executed those scenes.

As for the rest, whatever little I have seen of ITV, SR happens years after marriage, coz mostly it’s hate marriage or forced marriage. I hate that.

I am completely with your on this. I want more romance. More besharam Shaurya. And equally bold Anokhi. N in his own words KV said seeing Anokhi in saree would be really amazing and an experience for sure for Shaurya. I hope he can’t keep his hands off her.

I know they said it was premarriage but if their first wedding counts, then they were married in everyone’s eyes but dadi.

Anyways, most SRs happen months after since it’s rare to find a first love marriage in most shows. Ishq pe zor had a love marriage but no SR i think due to someone being in the hospita maybe. ANNS had a love marriage but pati turned cruel first night. I can’t think of another show with love marriage right now.

Plus I loved that they made Anokhi be as bold as Shaurya if not more. There was no, shy blushing bride with cliched ye Aap Kya kar rahe hain. That drives me nuts. Who does that in today’s date? And why?

They are a couple in love, who just got married. They would obviously be very excited and it was executed so well and in true SAAKK style trolled the usual ITV cliches as well. You have to appreciate that!! 😃😃

I am as always glad that I picked this show to watch on ITV after 10 years. 😍😍

Same here .. I am also watching an ITV show after 10 yrs … last show I was so crazy about was IPKKND😀 and I find SAAKK even better as it is more positive…
