Milk idea sounds good. Also try a sleep meditation app like headspace. I had a period of insomnia in 2019 and these apps really helped me. Headspace costs money but I only used the free 10 day trial

Now I just play any random YouTube video and listen to the audio until I fall asleep

hahaha honestly listening to lectures is a great idea too. Anything that makes you sleepy during the day ie lectures should work 😆
