The Past of GD and her toxic relation

Everyday the more I am learn about Gitanjali Devi a.k. GD the more I feel that soon all her pride and power will be broken. Not because of Simar (though history says she will be blamed) all because GD has too many enemy and all her enemies is utilizing all her weakness to destroy her. But I really don't understand why does she hate her daughter so much? And what is her problem with her husband? Is this "nach-ney gane-wali awarat" has something to do with her past?

Btw I really liked the scene with her and Aarav, when he sat on the floor embracing her and asked 1 month for sorting everything with Simar. That particular scene was amazing, it showed love, respect and anger relationship between Grandmother and her grandson. It was delivered quite nicely.

if you have seen initial episodes like 2nd or 3rd episode. Sandhya explained to Aarav how important is MAA DURGA PETA and that their grandpa is a devotee of Mata Rani. He himself sculptured the statue in their home. Then Sandhya added that his dadaji never understood Lakshmi but her husband stopped her from talking further.

Then in another episode when Badi Maa told Reema that she will be Oswal family's daughter not daughter-in-law Shoba in her mind voice said her own daughters don't have respect in this house. She didn't tell daughter but daughters.

From all this if my guess is right GD has another daughter maybe with who she has a bad past.

I feel like they both have different opinions that won't let them get along well. Before the Daal Baati program which was on the same day as GD's husband death anniversary, GD and Badi Simar had a conversation. In this Badi Simar asked GD why she didn't tell the truth to the family(god knows or more like the writers knows what it is). For which GD told to keep the family together. If my guess is right then GD's husband had done something that must have hurt her and the family must not have any idea about it, but Shoba often speaks highly about her father and then they fight for the same reason.

I think (do not know - just guessed) - it has to do something with GD husband.

I think:

- GD husband and GD relationship was troubled and their daughter supported/sided with father that's what irked GD and holding grudge about!

I can guess reason would be: laxmi vs sarswati preferences.

- Shobha has same thoughts like her father reminding GD about her husband's betrayal (if any)....

- GD husband supported someone singing or may had soft corner (dancer girl / singer ) and GD blamed him he is having relationship with, GD husband left home... and their relation broke.... hence 'nachne gane wala ' is banned in GD house !!!!!!!!!!!!
