Precisely! Ravi was always loving and kind towards Shiva, except when they were bickering or she was chanting Dev. She always referred to her as “Hamara Shiva.”

She would bring gifts, try to feed him and Heck if you remember she even tried to click a selfie with him. They were family and she always loved him in her own sweet way.

She even commented once- “Har Waqt Gusse main Sada Rehta hai”

There was a lot of care and worry about him at that juncture.

Now, the relationships have changed, and hence we see many more beautiful moments. But, Ravi taking care of Shiva comes to me more naturally as compared to a typical husband wife role. That’s why, you must have noticed that it strikes him hard when after the kidnapping scene she proclaims her hatred for him.

It bothers him whenever Ravi is upset. He likes her comebacks and enjoys the comfort she provides him.

I think the hatred scene was especially impactful because their banters before the wedding was still filled with love and care from her side - she would never fail to include him as her "apna" and would always kill him with her kindess

he looks forward to those banters with that sense of apnapan behind them

Very true! I loved that scene too! He was fuming with fury, and if you remember, the shirt Kaand gifting to Dev had already happened!

Shiva would have blown off for sure 😆

🤗Now that I go back to all the scenes, I realise that he became frothing blue with anger only when Dev was put into equation between them.

Before that, he would only have banters, grit his teeth and snap later. His fury and temperament heightened Only after Dev’s name was mentioned.
