YES ---> Remember I said literary love. What she felt for Randheer's thoughts, not simply Randheer as a person. Those letters had meaning in them, a validation that her stories had the potiential to make a difference, he was her guiding light and was encouraging her to take them on when he read out those stories on the radio. When she got offended that he took credit for her work, and then once she realised his motives, was okay with it, allowing and sharing it with him, that is a version of literary love to me. She had the love in her eyes when she heard him talk about her work in a positive light and defend it in front of Lalaji, when Lalaji was mad at her for it. She did come clean about her attraction for him when Randheer and his family admitted they came there for Amrit, and for the first time went against her Bauji for something she believed in and wanted in life.
If they would have gone truly more in depth on her dilemma where Lalaji and her war it out on her authoress dreams, we would have been able to see a stronger side to it, where she would walk off with Randheer because she would realise it is for the best when the Raizadas supported her over the Sahanis. Maybe it might seem to be a childish version compared to VashMay's which is a lot of fan's basis for comparison, because it had not been explored properly in that sense before the marriage, and they inserted cheesy romance OR tried to put in traits from the other couples into them, but the glimpses were surely there when KB and RR track was going on. Aage uska falooda bana dia by making RR a typical iTV bahu for her sake, and that got completely closed off!
Like I have said in my analysis, this literary romance plot was not extended post Vashma's nikaah, and they lost plot for me, so I have clearly stated I dont defend the story or THEM post that point! I am just pointing out to the initial comment you made about her love pre-leap and with respect to how it fit in within the overall narrative ~ It was her flaw that she could not go against her Bauji, and it was her learning curve which was avoided in the entire leap-pe-leap fiasco 👍🏼
