I have seen most Kannada serials portray north k'taka or bangalore culture. IDK much about it, I am well versed with Udupi/ Manipal culture

It's ragi ball, sprouts, sambar, rice, teekha pulav, lemon rice.

If it's urban ,then idli, bisi bele bhath, lemon rice, dosa etc.

I am actually a north kannadathi, bijapur, but I have settled in tumkur. So ,I know both👍🏼
