If any connection is lost, it's thanks to the aimless Didi bhakti overdose these days.....Adi and Imlie are doing their usual things....but story doesn't move beyond Didi ka rinse/repeat bakwaas roz ka and Imlie ka Didi obsession......that is where the disconnect actually is. Adi's feelings were never in doubt.

I toh found it all quite comical today....but I guess many people need to see more PHOOT PHOOT ke crying from Adi to believe he really loves Imlie😆.....to me though it all just gets funny cuz instead of tackling Imlie ke insecurities and cutting out the rot of Malini from his life, he's just going to sit and cry over the thought of losing Imlie😆

I enjoy your write ups Areyaar....you always bring an unique and compelling perspective to the episode that you then justify with your synopsis. It prompts me to think differently from what I viewed and took away from the episode and I enjoy that - so thank you.

For me when there is a balance of majnugiri and dosti jaap ...it is all good, I am able to tune out the gehri dosti. I am not looking for romance in Adilie - just their special connect. When they lose the balance like they did for quite a few episodes with the excessive didi / gehri dosti jaap- then viewing becomes a chore. It's not like I think Adi loves Malini - or has love wala feelings for her - or is flipping and indecisive regarding the 2 of them - not at all...I can see he only loves Imlie. But you also want the screen play to echo your understanding and following of the story. You nailed it in the last conversation - in this regard - some viewers focus on action only what Adi character actually does and can discount his bakwaas chatter on gehri dosti - but for others like me when they don't see a dialog balance that backs up what he does - and there is inconsistency between what a serious sensible character says and does - the character seems shallow and its very hard to ignore him like you guys do...and I start craving dialogs or scenes to strengthen what i already know.

Don't give up on or be frustrated with viewers like me who seem to need and enjoy the reassurance...:) it's not an inability to follow the story, as you so rightly pointed out...its the need for consistency between what the actor says and does and requiring a balance between the two.

But koi nayi baat nahi hai once a show becomes a SM circus people hype anything and everything we have seen the cycle ..so am not surprised..abbi toh jawline nails hands veins oe drool karne wale bhi aayenge..yehi hota hai jab show main content na ho and dikhana ho zabaradati ke bohat content hai..despo giri and jahan kuch hai nahi wahan oe khod khod ke nikalna..still nothing found

LOL Malini ka so called sacrifice is a joke anyways.....pata hi hai ki yeh jhak maar ke do second mein waapis aayegi chipakne agar isko koi ungli bhi pakdaayega😆.....aur wohi hua.....lol Aparna ne thoda sa bola ki Adi is calling for her toh yeh apne aap ko Paro samajh ke daudi aa gayi😆

Im happy that they actually VOCALISED Adi's thoughts, trauma and fears today. Otherwise we have to sit and debug 'what he was thinking when he "looked" that way' 😂😂 when we will only have some gestures from him.

In yesterday's episode while he was trying to console Imlie, I was only thinking about how Imlie is gonna pick herself up, how is she gonna take all this and what is she going to do moving forward. Also how Adi is going to help her come out of it. Little did I notice what was Adi going through listening to her speak of her insecurities. He was dumbfound I guess, may be thats why we didnt get any strong lines from him. Fear was gripping him by each of her words. Her rants were actually taking its toll on him so much that it transformed to fear of Imlie deserting him. Though we heard him speak to Rupi di, but of obvious reasons I thought we will have just that. End of story.

GM did a really good job showing us Adi's thought process today I felt. Adi was venting them all out loud, feeling helpless, guilty of not being able to express his love, thinking if she is really convinced that he loves her and ultimately the fear gnawing at him from the inside at the thought that she would leave him. He was successful showing us how it was getting physically exhausting and then finally his body giving up👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The unconscious "waapas aajao" was inevitable AY😂. Then only Apu could have suspected it is Moonji he is beckoning and then mess with our Sunday😂. So thats okay!

@bold: LOL yes, I understand that was the INTENT of that bit to show his body just giving up, but that still didn't stop it from looking HOWLARIOUS and just breaking the whole emotional build up of the few lines before that😆.....atleast for me it was that way.

And this is a lot of sudden emotional breakdown from Adi when the story has otherwise just been churning in non-stop Didi jaap.....I still don't think this was good writing....felt like a token Saturday filler between other Didi bhakti scenes.

How does this change anything? lol is Imlie going to tell him that she doesn't love Didi more than him? 😆....Nope...Baat toh wahin rahegi of Didi ka BANDHAN and so called suhaag baantna blah blah

If Adi really cares so much, dude get your divorce through first atleast rather than sitting around crying like all the other nakaara log in this story. Ek Adi se hi thoda directness expect kar sakte hain hum and ab wohi bas girta ludakta rahega, toh phir kaise chalega?
