I think words, his speech that he will bring all joy back in her life that turned her around.

Can be acts of service too, she keeps saying you have also done good things for me.

Just finished watching Shivangi's interview. She articulates everything really well.. even answered the question on casting couch very satisfactorily. More power to her.👊
