Imlie's self-worth takes a hit again - Page 8

I just wish ke yeh "snatching", "chheen liya", "lena", "dena" terminology was not used like this.....like people are objects to be given and taken, and not actual living/breathing human beings acting of their own accord.

The only thing that was out of everyone's hands was the way Adi-Imlie's marriage happened.....wahaan kisi ne kuch "chheena" nahin and kisi ne kuch "diya" nahin......they were compelled in an impossible situation and the marriage happened. That is the truth.

Imlie considered herself the outsider between AM even after being married to Adi, fair enough.....cuz Adi hadn't validated that marriage from his side.....but at no point did IMLIE ever snatch anything from anyone.....yehi sach hai. And till two days back, yehi baat Adi ne bhi Nishant ko repeat ki thi.....none of this is Imlie's fault....so why is he mum today when Imlie is ranting about people thinking ki usne suhaag chheen liya?😆

AM were technically not even engaged when Adi-Imlie got married.....lol yes there was a general commitment over being together but he wasn't really formally engaged to Malini.....so again, why is Imlie being accused of taking him away from Malini when they weren't yet formally tied via an engagement or marriage?

Adi marrying Malini after being married to Imlie is where things got hairy, yes.....but again, none of that gives license to push the perception that Imlie took anything away from Malini.....at pretty much every stage, IMLIE is the one who's been losing everything.....it is only now that Adi himself has realized what he actually wanted from life so if you want to get technical, he is taking himself away from Malini.....there is nothing that Imlie is taking from anyone.....yet she is being blamed for supposedly taking Adi away from Malini.....like Adi is some doodh peeta baccha who can't decide for himself where he wants to go.

But sadly we live in a society where everything has to be expressed in transactional terms ki usne chheen liya, isne le liya, usne de diya.....lol.....toh lagaao phir labels auraton pe ki isne uska suhaag le liya, uska boyfriend le liya blah blah.....bottom line - Adi was not formally engaged to Malini when he married Imlie....so the technical first relationship is that of Adi-Imlie's.....dating anyone before marriage doesn't make them your suhaag that someone can "steal" from you.....lol

It is contrasting how Adi.(when the team shot in hyderabad) kept on questioning her logics over KC-malini ka speculation & him explicitly stating that Imlie is his first wife to malini even though it was slow pace at the time but the same guy couldn't clear the "suhaag cheene" ka speculation in this episode.

If they wanted, they could've shown a conversation between Adi & Imlie regarding this issue at least as a last resort to clear up the mess of dialogues from the rain scene with incorporating the premise of her stance not being related to this "suhaag stealing" ka thought speculation, primarily as opposed to reiterating the same story to Rupi didi & Adi questioning about Imlie leaving him probably.

At least, some kind of dialogues pertaining to clear up the air that her haq & stance doesn't have any correlation to suhaag ki cheena-japti somewhere in the scenes would've made the scene more meaningful.

Sorry, just sharing this thought. I'm open to feedback.

Last time Rupi talked to Imlie about this issue was when Imlie was being sent to C house I think.....lol and then toh Imlie was in the zone of "why should I fight for my haq when I feel I'm in the wrong"🤔😆.....toh ab kya badal gaya hai ki Rupi di bade gyaan jhaadengi about haq ki ladaai again? Bas generic lines chipkaani hain about apna rishta mat chhodo blah blah.....lol as if Imlie ne bola bhi hai ki woh rishta chhod ke jaa rahi hai.

Arre iss baar woh nahi boli yeh usse pooch pooch ke bhejenge jaa rahi ho ke nahi🤣🤣 and then will be mad at her ke woh chali gayi rishta tod ke.. what rupi di should be doing is bloody tell her assure her ke she is Adi ki lawfully wedded wife and ghanta farak nahi padta jab ab tak nahi pada tha jab baap.ka kuch Ata pata hi nahi tha not to her not to adi toh ab kyon suddenly padega.. what nonsense about rishta nahi toote kisne kaha tod dia hai..rishta todne ka sawaal hi kahan se aaya.. also adi come on agar tujhe darr aa bhi gaya hai toh again plz go freaking give a kasam a vachan use some sort of tactic to make sure na jaaye awwal toh usne kaha hi nahi..and then try to calmly explain and out it across ke buddy I have a say in this.. I get it abhi imlie is extra off the hook..but bro you do know how to samjhao her you have demonstrated it countless times toh tackle it na.. tell her ke kuch bhi ho jaaye ke you are to be with her duniya gayi tel lene. He will have to repeat this part a bit caz as I said she is shaky and it is ok do it for now.. prove it to her na ke you are her Mr tripathi who would support her... find a new way to samjhao but all this is too much caz we have to show others casually giving donations to sympathy ka Katora. Honestly am not being bloody biased here or what..these are the episodes where nobody else should be in it.. give us 2,3 back to back episodes if emotional.turmoik se saath baahar nikalna be the rock but nahi that is too much to ask.. btw I found even SK ka reaction too thanks to the fact that DC andAC came and itna raita phailya are came across rather phattu to me too and not at all the SK who dragged DC to.jungle just ca he stepped at PD ki zameen..or.burried Aditya alive caz he loves imlie and felt she was betrayed and hurt...suddenly SK ki saari aag nikal gayi oh yeah right caz ab he has to sing songs for nek dil aurat too I guess

@bold2: SK was rendered useless in the epi once again to prop up this faltu ka suhaag cheeen liya jaap.....matlab Dev aur uski psycho biwi aaraam se itna kaand karke chale gaye and SK bas phone ghumaata reh gaya? lol and uske baad bhi showing such mild reactions from him on learning ki uski Imlie ko itna abuse kiya gaya from Dev ki loser wife.....waah bhai, sabki bali chadhaao to prop up Loservedis drama.

Bas general se reassurance scene mein nipta diya with usual Mithi worrying for Imlie and SK telling her ki Adi is with Imlie toh woh manage kar lega😆.....honestly everything was just feeling so thanda and token.....that is why I felt disconnected by the end.

Adi the so called Suraj yet again couldn't clear the baadal of jhoot jab woh Imlie ko gherne aaye😆....Suraj khud phir se chhip gaya laachaari ke baadal mein😆

I actually initially reacted very strongly to this, especially after the first watch, when I could not understand the disconnect that everyone was talking about. But after watching it the second time, I was able to better make sense of what the outrage was on. On my first watch it seemed like he was just voicing his general worries, specifically knowing Imlie's tendency to flip. But on the repeat watch the disconnect made sense. Like you guys were saying, there was absolutely no reason for him to have that conversation with Rupi di when he did because Imlie had given him no inclination that she was even thinking of going away or sacrificing their relationship and he himself kept reiterating to everyone who knows the truth that he will fight against anyone and everyone but not let her go.

Something tells be here the edit team has missed out a scene that would explain his reasoning, but may be it is just me trying to make sense of why the actors were willing to talk like that with no reference point.

The sudden cut to the T family not witnessing anything or not noticing that Ad and Imlie and the family were missing in the entire puja also felt a bit off to me.

Finally with the Meethi and SK scene, where the dialogues on second watch just sounded absurd (did not pay detailed attention on the first watch, so my bad on that one), built into the overall disconnect.

All the above did ruin a pivotal episode which could have gone really well had they just done a better job on the dialogues and the editing.

Yes, that could be it.....or as usual, the writers think they don't need to show any build up/context before dumping in a random angle of people fearing Imlie will leave again😆.....as it is the fandom blindly hyperventilates about possible seperation all day....toh writers ne chipka diya lagta hai to troll them over it😆.....hence the lack of build up.....ki bas Adi ko bolta dikhaa do ki kahin Imlie mujhe chhod ke chali gayi toh? lol

I also felt they edited some portion of the rain scene.....the transition from Adi saying "aisa kuch nahin hoga" to him pulling her into the hug was also a little disjointed.

Behan yeh bohat badi baat kar di tune and bohat zyada zehan lagana padta hai itni choti si baat ke liye ke how come jo biwi pehle thi usne kuch cheen lia.. wasn't the same adi the adi who told malini that cut the crap she gave me to you in that divorce convo after the sach ke woh kya kisi se kuch legi when didi tried to push that.. 🤷‍♀️ post that again as you said ke he told nishant that too ke nobody can lagao cheap labels caz this rishta is pure a blessing and that imlie toh kisi ka bura soch nahi sakti..but bloody hell to Amma he was like hum aapko bas yehi keh sakte hain ke jo sach hai woh badal nahi sakta in regards to Amma saying ke imlie must be thinking she stole behan ka pati .. uhhh again vagueness zindabad. Word about adi ke sade faces too they were bothering me too ke kyon aise bana raha hai kiske liye dukhi hai apne.liye didi ke liye ya imlie ke yeh sochne pe. They have completely taken it to.koi aur hi disha toh banao a batangar and extract drama where none exists

During the hug - looked like Adi was actually murmuring something - so possible some dialogues were edited 😆

Lol on fans being trolled on separation 😆 I am sure a lot of ppl got worried as soon as Adi said what he said in the end 😆

The dialogues have been so off during important episodes lately - remember “hum badal Gaye” during truth revelation to Malini 😆

We better get some good conversations in the next episodes 🤞🤞🤞

I think a part of the fandom including many of us honestly have stopped worried or speculating that they would seperate, as ek toh uske aasaar toh nazar nahi aa rehe hai, while on the other hand even if they do, their separation has not lasted for more than 1-2 episodes at max at even given point in the story till date. So the hyperventilating public you mentioned is one that puts up every scenario as a reason for them to go their alag raah, when that is not going to happen.

Right ! Adi toh pehle bhi saath hi tha saaath kahan choda tha usne but tab toh tamanche leke aa gaya tha.. but ab SK sahib didn't felt the need ke jao and take class of AC ji . Oh yeah right beti ka sasural must be it but again in the same beti ka sasural ka aangan he was ready to shoot damaad ji🤣🤷‍♀️ all his assurance to mithi was soooo crapp the guy was so chill ke agar kisi ne characterless bol bhi dia bhari mehfil main toh kya..lmao wasn't this same SK giving gyaan to mithi about being krantikaari ki biwi and ab uski izzat koi bhi mitti kar de and yeh bhaith ke bas dekhega ya bhagoda banega..ke hum chale.
