Below is my personal 2 cents .:
Actually what I think is Sai Ketan in real like is quite humble and genuine and is not so self obsessed at all. If you see his earlier interviews when MHRW began he used to praise others easily.
As time passed RR craze caught on , it grew on him too. He was overwhelmed with this mass girl fan craze ..which is there for almost all good shows on ITV. He was someone who never followed ITV medium so this was new and unexpected for him. He started talking on SM with RR persona...That in turn got him more attention ...and its natural for actors to borrow from characters and vice versa. All in all ...its a temporary thing and this self obsessiveness will pass ...bacha will grow up.
I know Sai is as you described. We're just having some fun here. Whenever you see his interviews, even latest ones, you can tell he has his feet firmly on the ground but he's a new-age kind of actor who understands the power of social media, uses it to promote the show and feel the pulse of the audience. I see nothing wrong with it.
This is the biggest role and break of his career, these precious moments won't come back again, so he is making the most of it. ❤️ In his next role, he'll be better at handling this, and come on RR is iconic because of the way it's written too. Sai just took it to another level and he's getting so much support from the team, I love it! I actually like him more after watching his interviews because he's unabashedly so confident about himself and loves himself. He's working so hard, it must feel amazing to wake up to so many fan posts, be trending on Twitter so often, and have people dying to reach out to him all the time. He never expect all this fame, at least not in this explosive manner, so he's basking in it as much as possible. It's well-deserved. He doesn't ride on other people's success or take credit for other people's hard work. What he has and what he celebrates is all his own hard work.

Yes I agree he is a very humble and sweet guy . I know this fame is new to him as well and he is enjoying it too. If you see his previous interaction and recent one he has learnt a lot . He is quiet young and has a long way to go .I think he enjoys it too when we do little fun .His today’s tweet is an example.
