The forehead kiss is after Samrat returns, Virat will overhear Sai talking to Samrat about her relationship with Virat, he’ll get hurt and decide to stay away from her.

So when he’ll get sick he’ll basically be mad at Sai but she’ll actually get the paani ka Patti and tend to him that’s when she’ll kiss him. Virat will be a little shocked and sick.

I hope and pray that Veeru is more sad than he is angry; also i hope Sai realizes her feelings soon.

ALSO lal duppate wali and damaadji had another scene where he is unwell BUT then their on screen daughter and nephew look after him and lal dupatte wali just watches from far.

BTW will SaiRat have a daughter? Does Veeru meet her? I was really hoping they showed more of Veeru with Harinee because how cute were their interactions!!!

Yes SaiRat will have a daughter but then that is a major issue, Virat won’t come to the hospital for Sai’s delivery he’ll chose to be with Shruti (she was named Shruti in KD so addressing her here as that only), so Sai will not let Virat meet their daughter when he comes, she’ll keep her away from him even after getting home and will eventually move out with her. Virat missing Sai’s delivery will hurt her a little way too much and the insecurity.
