I feel that the story happened before the first marriage of Pallavi has the answers to the death of Mandar!! That past story of Pallavi is having connections to many other things

I haven't watched the episode yet. So no idea about it

Personally,I'd have liked if Mandar and Pallavi actually had a short term conjugal life. I mean, even if Mandaar is a grey character it wasn't necessary that he was a horrible husband(apna RR kaunsa white character hai but still he is husband goals plus Ashok seems like a good actor),and they could've shown bits and pieces of their married life in flashbacks.

Pallavi's despair and loneliness from losing her husband untimely, her immovable conviction towards D family as it binds her to the memories to her late husband and her gradually letting go of her past and accepting herself as Raghav's wife would've been a beautiful thing to watch.

In fact, the whole "she had no emotional connection with Mandar" kinda puts me off and makes me question her entire status as 'Pallavi Deshmukh'.

100% agreed. One of the biggest reasons why Raghav needs to talk to Pallavi face to face about this entire thing,atleast what he knows is because he doesn't have all the answers. And because this is about Pallavi's ex-husband, she might know things he doesn't know.

To look at the big picture,all pieces of puzzle are needed to be put together. Raghav has some of them while Pallavi has some of them. Even if doesn't complete the picture they can get a major idea about what might've happened to Mandar.
