Tensions like this (Not precisely pregnancy 😆 just domestic problems) only strengthens the relationship. See here Ahaan is giving more priority to his relationship with Ishqi, her feelings more than Rhea and her next generation and Ishqi also not directly killing Dadi because as always it's Ahaan and his reaction, his feelings that matters the most so they are just trying to protect each other and may be waiting for the right time so there is positivity.
