Yess ..that's the main issue , shivi scenes feel bland when Shiva's mind is preoccupied.

I couldn't enjoy their scenes during the bhoot track as shiva's main focus was to stop raavi from spoiling their plan, I couldn't even enjoy the scene where he picks her up and fake cares to make her go to sleep so that he can hide the papers.

I want some scenes where it's all about them.

The other characters who have so much potential are wasted away aur humein dhang ke shivi scenes bhi nahi milte.kya faida?

I hope shiva does not get involved this time...I can't see a track where he goes to jail now.bahut zyada ho jayega.hopefully gombi stops him or has a crucial role like you said.
