Raavi literally got on her knees and begged maami to show some mercy but the woman didn't budge and at that point raavi was at her end of patience and she could not take it she really though shiva was willing to die for them she felt bad. Then when he told Suman he knew his brothers would save him she realized how crazy he is and this was the last straw for her. I really hope she doesn't budge in the end. When he grabbed her off the ledge I really wanted her to slap him lol
