Just take it this way. Raavi's dream wedding broke and she almost committed suicide. The girl has become very strong since then and is able to bounce back quickly. That doesn't mean she is going to go back running to Shiva. He still has work to do. Atleast he has accepted that he did wrong her. They have been together since childhood and knows him in and out.... hence she is able to come out of it quickly and expecting him to even wish her for birthday.
