Somebody must have told him😕 he was still waiting to be married, having his own conversation with Rishita and he was not even present in the room when Shiva was asked by Dhara to marry Raavi

That's the most dangerous fact. These shows make teenage girls believe that this is what love looks like 😅.

He didn't even have a proper redemption I guess...even after falling in love he used to forcefully hug her, twist her hands that they had marks. I also remember a dlg where he sees her marks and asks her does it hurt? And she replies that she is used to it 🤷

But, I would like to share some parts of a cultural report I had for ITV. So, when TV was launched in India, the shows revolved around evolved stories catering to the upper class only who had the privilege of watching or affording a TV. Things changed in the late ’90s due to cable TV and privatisation in India, where electronic gadgets entered the Indian market and prices dropped. Now, a new stratum of society who saw bahus and cooking were also entitled to such content. That's when content started changing.

The good news is, there will be a whole new swap of generations and slowly ITV shall change as per predictions too.

Younger generation is also turning towards OTT content especially with Netflix and Prime bringing in lot of new shows/ movies/ anthologies of different genres.

I think Dev would be a conventional lover boy- you know the roses and champagne kind of guy. I am thinking of the cheesy filmy romance tropes. That is what Raavi probably liked, you know, take the girl to a high end restaurant or cafe, pull out the chair for her, treat her to something nice. Be all smiles and pleasant.

I generally find that kind of romance little boring. I prefer Shiva’s romance because it’s more about the care behind the action and not a tick to the romance checkbox(buy flower, but gift, say nice things…)

True... but everyone's going to be so disappointed with me 🙈. Dev, in my story, will be a shy, quiet nerd, and Rishita becomes attracted to him because of these qualities. She'll be the one pulling out all the attempts for wooing, and ShiVi will try their best to stop her (but fall in love (actually it'll be Shiva falling for Raavi) instead).

I prefer Shiva's style of romance too! Maybe that's why I love writing ShiVi and can't imagine writing DevTa unless it's Rishita doing all the leading 😆

Mahi yesterday I started reading queen and her pawns. It is amazing!

I was not in a good mood pehle and reading it lifted my mood
