i feel ahaan knows something..jaise saare spoiler aaya tha rhea to be exposed....so definetly ahaan ishqi and karthik will knowrheas truth but now he is being like shivaay from ishqbaaz to get the truth out...rhea truth might be revealed that she is negative but not her pregnancy..thats why she is in the show still

There is more to it I believe. Makers are slowly making his character better, they won't butcher it like this. And Ishqi is trusting that Ahaan has always saved her and he will save her this time too
