But jokes aside, it's more than his sharmila nature. There is something that is holding him back. It's difficult for a man to confess his love to a woman he's hurt because there is a nagging feeling that will always make him step back. Even today, he said that he's wronged her severely, so why does she want to fast for him? There is that reluctance in him which is making him step back even if his heart wishes that she feels the same for him as he does.
