Yahan par do baatein hai:

1) Ho sakta h ye Mandar nakli ho aur Ved ka koi setup ho. Aise mein vo bol skta hai ke Raghav ne mujhe maarne ki koshish ki. Matlab murder ke charges nahi toh attempt to murder k charges lag hi skte hai.

2) Agar real waala Mandar laut k bhi aaya still it's probably true k inn dono ke beech mein kuchh kaha suni huyi thi acc to a spoiler jiss k hisaab se Mandar was working for Lion and tried to mess up RR's business. But he didn't try to get Mandaar killed par kyunki ye ITV hai aur MU dikhaana zaruri hai,they can show some car crashed onto Mandar which looked like RR's car par usne driver ka chehra nahi dekha or sth like that.

Now,let's return to what you said. Agar ye sach hai,toh bhi Pallavi will have to return to D house since her first marriage would be counted as the legal marriage only. Aise mein as I said, he'd give up on her first,lekin baad mein acc to circumstances,he'd try to get her back.

Now, 'circumstances' ka matlab bohut kuchh ho sakta hai. Pallavi might confess her feelings, Raghav might spot some shady business of Mandaar etc.
